Terms and conditions of sale

After the placement of your order an invoice will be sent electronically to confirm receipt of payment and the details of the order. If there are any errors that appear please notify us within 48 hours. Once the order begins to process the work is considered “sold” and the terms and conditions will apply.

We attempt to give you an easy-to-use site that provides accurate content, including product information, policies, pricing, and visual displays which are shown for representational purposes only. Documents and graphics published on this site may at times contain errors. We are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies and reserve the right to refund any money received on any discrepant order.

Shipping

Shipping costs are additional to the purchase price. Shipping is only done “3 day, signed delivery.” You will be notified prior to your shipment date to confirm that you will be there to receive your order. At that time you will be notified of shipping charges and they will need to be paid no later than 48 hours prior to shipment. As shipping charges fluctuate we have found this to be the most accurate way to deal with delivery. If you have an account with Fed ex or UPS you can forward us your account number and we will be glad to use your service.

Returns will be accepted on any damaged items for replacement according to shippers agreement. All items are hand inspected by the artist prior to shipping. If there has been damage during shipment you must notify us within 24 hours and we will walk with you through the return process.

If you decide you do not want to keep your canvas for any other reason we will accept returns. Art is a very personal experience and we want you to be satisfied with your piece. Returns will be accepted for refund of the purchase price of the item minus the fee of $90.00 for 8x10, $120.00 for 16x20. Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer.

Original art will be accepted for return minus 35% handling fee. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, same terms as above.

Discounts for multiple piece orders

Discounts for multiple piece orders as follows:

2 or more items will receive a 5% discount

3 or more pieces a 15% discount

At the time of purchase shipping is not added. The monies paid toward the purchase price that fall under discount will be applied toward shipping, (refunded prior to shipment if you provide shipper).
